We're helping one of our clients, Solvo Global, hire a Collections Specialist.“At Solvo, our mission is to provide staffing solutions that increase productivity.”
Compensation: To be agreed upon.
+ Commissions (~GTQ600/month)
Location: Guatemala City, Guatemala.
Skills: Proficient in customer service, account management, telephone dept collections, and healthcare debt collection.
Responsibilities and more:
● Contact patients by telephone regarding their accounts and is responsible for ensuring the collection of any past-due balances.
● Answer questions about patient accounts and assist with the establishment of alternative payment plans when necessary.
● Maintain records of the patient's account and may resolve issues with third party payers.
