The General Manager will lead the creation and growth of an innovative entertainment company from the ground up. This is an opportunity for a strategic leader with a passion for the buissness and people, capable of driving both business development and operational excellence from the earliest stages of planning through long-term success.

In this role, you will spearhead the entire organizational strategy, including building the business infrastructure, recruiting top talent, and cultivating high-level partnerships. You will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of company goals, focusing on establishing a premier entertainment brand.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy to grow and establish the company as a leader in the industry.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with top-tier clients, proactively identifying and addressing their needs to provide seamless experiences.
Serve as the primary mediator and problem solver for client issues, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Oversee both strategic and operational planning, ensuring alignment between the physical development of the venue and the company’s business goals.
Drive the company’s long-term growth and profitability through innovative strategies that set it apart in a competitive market.

Requirements

Extensive experience in business development and management, preferably in entertainment or a related industry.
Proven ability to launch and scale businesses, with a track record of success in leading from early-stage development to full-scale operation.
Excellent client relationship management and customer service expertise, with a demonstrated ability to handle complex client needs and deliver solutions.
Deep understanding of operational efficiency, with experience in managing bookings, scheduling, and logistics at a high level.
Strategic thinker with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment, balancing long-term vision with day-to-day execution.
